By using pooost, you accept the terms below.

Purpose of the service

pooost is an agent that automates your job search: finding jobs, preparing applications and sending them with your approval. pooost does not guarantee employment.

Account and control

You are responsible for the information you provide and for the connections you authorise. You can review, correct and stop the agent’s activity at any time from your account.

Acceptable use

You undertake to use the service fairly and not to use it to spread false or misleading information in your applications.

Subscription

Full access is offered through a paid subscription (weekly and monthly plans), with no free trial period. The price, the duration and the renewal terms are set out before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Right of withdrawal

pooost is digital content supplied immediately after subscription. In principle you have a 14-day withdrawal period (art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). By requesting immediate access to the service as soon as payment is made, you expressly consent to its immediate performance and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (art. L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code). As long as performance of the service has not begun, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by writing to us at the address given in the legal notice.

Consumer mediation

In accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you can refer a dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator with a view to an amicable settlement, after having contacted us in writing. The competent mediator will be provided to you on request. You can also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Liability

pooost strives to provide a reliable service but cannot be held liable for recruiters’ decisions or for interruptions beyond its control.
